Carnegie Investment Bank Norway is proud to have acted as Joint Lead Manager and Joint Bookrunner in connection with Elliptic Labs successful NOK 166 million private placement.

The private placement was significantly oversubscribed by Norwegian and international institutional investors, family offices and private investors.
