Carnegie Project Finance has been sole arranger in the syndication of a NOK 375m big-box retail center in Hamar.
Carnegie Project Finance has acquired, structured, financed and raised equity for Olrud Handelspark Invest AS. The transaction comprises a big-box retail center of ~26 100 sqm, just outside Hamar in Norway.
The property is let to tenants such as Coop OBS, Coop OBS Bygg, Biltema, Bohus and Rema 1000.
Carnegie Project Finance successfully raised NOK 140m in a private placement and NOK 240m in debt financing.
