Carnegie Project Finance has acquired, structured, financed and raised equity for Forus Kombinasjonseiendom II AS. The transaction consists of a 6,200 sqm multi-purpose property which is situated on a 5,300 sqm plot.
The property is fully let on a 10 year lease agreement to Kaefer Energy AS.
