Carnegie Project Finance has been sole arranger in the syndication of a NOK 115m logistics property at Disenå in Sør-Odal.

Carnegie Project Finance has acquired, structured, financed and raised equity for Disenå Logistikkeiendom AS.

The transaction comprises a ~12 100 sqm logistics property located at Disenå around 1 hour from Oslo in the direction of Kongsvinger.

The property is let to Gjerde & Byhring AS (Bridgestone Norge).

Carnegie Project Finance successfully raised NOK 41m of equity in a private placement and NOK 70m in debt financing.
