Carnegie Project Finance has been sole arranger in the syndication of a NOK 233m nursing and care home in Drammen.
Carnegie Project Finance has acquired, structured, financed and raised equity for Drammen Omsorgseiendom Invest AS.
The transaction comprises a ~6 400 sqm nursing and care home located at Åssiden just outside Drammen city centre.
The property is let to Drammen Kommune.
Carnegie Project Finance successfully raised NOK 83m of equity in a private placement and NOK 152m in debt financing.
