Cloudberry Clean Energy

Carnegie Investment Bank is proud to have acted as Joint Global Coordinator in connection with the NOK 800 million directed share issue in Cloudberry Clean Energy.

NOK 500m of the net proceeds from the Private Placement will be used towards funding the c. 50 MW out of the 270 MW in the portfolio that does not yet have funding. NOK 300 million will be used towards optimising and enhancing the capacity of the Company’s existing assets and towards M&A.

Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA is a Nordic renewable energy company, owning, developing, and operating hydro power plants and wind farms in Norway and Sweden. The Company`s purpose is to provide clean renewable energy for future generations, developing a sustainable society for the long term and creating value for their stakeholders.
