Carnegie is the number one corporate finance adviser and achieves seven top rankings across the Nordics

According to the Kantar Sifo Prospera (“Prospera”) survey, Carnegie continues to perform strongly in all markets. Carnegie was ranked the number one adviser in Corporate Finance and M&A in Sweden and the Nordics and number one ECM adviser in Sweden, Norway and the Nordics.

Carnegie is the first adviser to lead Prospera’s Corporate Finance ranking for seven consecutive years. The rankings are based on interviews with companies that engaged advisers for M&A transactions in the Nordics with a minimum deal value of EUR 25 million, and for the ECM rankings, a minimum deal value of  EUR 10 million.

“This is truly an outstanding performance for the team. Our clients are the core of our business and this survey is proof that clients appreciate what we do. And that is what matters to us”, says Global Head of Investment Banking Tony Elofsson.

Carnegie was named number one in seven different rankings by Prospera and improved its overall performance across all markets in the Nordic region.

“We are the number one ECM adviser in Norway for the first time, and the top M&A adviser in Sweden once again. In Denmark and Finland, where we rank number two, we see a clear improvement in our overall result, where customers are particularly satisfied with our network, placement capacity and sector expertise, which seems to be a common denominator for all countries”, Elofsson continues.

Carnegie tops the rankings in the following categories:

No.1 Corporate Finance adviser in the Nordics
No. 1 Corporate Finance adviser in Sweden
No. 1 M&A adviser in the Nordics
No. 1 M&A adviser in Sweden
No. 1 ECM adviser in the Nordics
No. 1 ECM adviser in Sweden
No. 1 ECM adviser in Norway
