BEWI ASA

Carnegie Investment Bank Norway is proud to have acted as financial adviser to BEWI Group
in the successful acquisition of Jackon AS.

BEWI and Jackon are among the largest providers of packaging, components and insulation solutions made from expanded polystyrene (EPS) and extruded polystyrene (XPS), and Jackon and BEWI are the two largest integrated providers of EPS in Europe today. The combined company will have a complementary offering and will achieve a number one market position in almost all segments where BEWI is present. This strengthens BEWI’s growth prospects and framework to pursue further attractive M&A opportunities.

Carnegie congratulates Christian Bekken and the rest of the BEWI team with the successful acquisition and look forward to continuing our support of BEWI going forward.
